The Chesterton Schools Network — Joyfully Catholic, Classical High Schools

Raising Up a New Generation of Joyful Leaders and Saints

Become a part of our network of faithful, affordable, classical, Catholic high schools.

An initiative of the Society of Gilbert Keith Chesterton, a Catholic non-profit apostolate, the Chesterton Schools Network inspires and supports new Catholic high schools across the nation, empowering parents as the primary and principal educators of their children. We deliver a turn-key academic and operational model that speeds the launch of affordable, classical, joyfully Catholic high schools and helps ensure sustainability and success. Through a partnership between the laity and the clergy, we aim to launch hundreds of schools worldwide, educating tens of thousands of students and ushering in a new era of growth and vitality in Catholic high school education.

Hallmarks of a Chesterton Education

An Incarnational Environment

From history and theology to math and science, the mystery of the Incarnation is at the heart of our curriculum, inviting students to encounter Christ in every subject.

A Focus on Truth, Goodness, and Beauty

Our classical curriculum combines a broad, liberal arts education with a strong emphasis on the development of Christian virtues and an appreciation of beauty.

A Joyful Learning Environment

We create environments where students experience the delight of learning in community and an opportunity to live out their faith in an atmosphere of Christian joy.

Rediscovering the Lost Tools of Learning

Our curriculum is centered on skills seemingly forgotten in our modern society: reading, writing, oral presentations, and the development of critical reasoning skills through logic and philosophy.

The Socratic Seminar

The Socratic seminar is perhaps the oldest educational tool. Through this method, our teachers impart knowledge through directed questions and guided dialogue, bringing ideas and knowledge to life.

The Wit and Wisdom of G.K. Chesterton

Chesterton exemplified the Catholic faith through his wit, his clarity, his kindness, and his ability to love people with whom he disagreed, sharing the faith in Christian charity—virtues we aim to cultivate in each student.

Our Network Schools

By Fall of 2024, there will be nearly 70 schools operating in the Network worldwide.
